This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Senior Leadership team, working in a collaborative environment
Our client is looking for a genuine team-player to join the firm (5 days in the office)
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Providing full EA support to the Senior Leaders
- Managing schedules, preparing material for meetings, looking after clients
- Overseeing all the travel related invoices, and expenses
- Being the key liaison across internal teams and key stakeholders
- Supporting the Senior Leadership meetings, offsites, and business events
- Handling highly confidential information with complete discretion
- Collaborating with other EA team members
- Bringing on board new processes to enhance efficiency
The skills you need to bring:
- Experience as an EA in a corporate or financial services environment
- Previous experience of fast paced challenging diaries
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Able to prioritise effectively, take decisions and be proactive
- Confidence
- Superb organisational skills
- Great communication skills (written and verbal)
