Desk Assistant/Investment Administrator, EC2 £45,000 + benefits Are you an Investment Administrator, with several years’ experience relating to all client admin? Do you like dealing with clients, making a difference and love using your organisational skills? Do you want to be valued? Use your initiative? Take ownership of the administration and organisation? If the answer is yes; we’d love to hear from you. Particularly, if you are strong on processes and IT and enjoy being part of a successful, inclusive team. In-office Monday – Friday. What you’ll be doing day-to-day: Supporting Investment Management team and their clients Liaising with dealers and brokers Preparing correspondence and meeting reports Using CRM software Processing investor applications and coordinating investor processes, including KYC Responding to client queries and attending meetings with clients Managing multiple appointments within a shared diary Keeping files up to date Keeping up to date on compliance and regulation Arranging events, lunches and meetings Attending client and compliance briefings Hours 8.30 – 5 and 5 days a week in the office The skills you need to bring: Experience in financial services Strong MS Office and CRM skills An understanding and interest in Financial Services Superb client facing skills Confident communication skills Hard-working attitude
