A leading global investment firm is seeking a Corporate Access Specialist to join its European team on a 12-month maternity cover contract based in London. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior investment professionals and key external stakeholders across Europe and beyond. As part of a globally integrated Corporate Access team, you will coordinate high-impact meetings and events with senior company executives, policymakers, experts, and third-party IR firms—helping to generate valuable insights that support investment decision-making.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating and managing bespoke corporate access events across the European region, with a primary focus on the Consumer sector
  • Meeting with, and building strong relationships with investment teams to understand their workflow and anticipate needs
  • Serving as the key point of contact for corporate management teams (C-suite, IR teams) to arrange meetings, site visits, calls and roadshows
  • Supporting offsite investment trips, including occasional travel, to ensure smooth execution and deepen working relationships
  • Maintaining accurate records and analytics using tools such as CorpAxe to track engagement and usage
  • Liaising with internal departments, including Compliance, Events, Technology and Research Services
  • Work as part of a global team, connecting with colleagues in North America and Asia

The skills you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, ideally in Corporate Access, Investor Relations, Equity Research
  • Knowledge or experience in consumer sector a plus
  • Highly client-focused
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised and strong project/time management abilities
  • Demonstrated discretion and experience working with confidential information
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time
