Are you an EA/PA who loves to look after their team while working globally and to deadlines? Are you a confident communicator who thrives in an upbeat and inquisitive environment? Do you have a calm, organised and a natural problem‑solving approach to multi‑tasking? Our client is a highly respected Investment firm, who prides itself on low staff turnover and strong core values. They are looking for an exceptional Team EA/PA to support MDs and a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced division. 8am-5pm hours, 4 days in, 1 WFH day.
Responsibilities:
- Extensive calendar management, managing diaries across a variety of time zones
- Organising multi‑party meetings and conference calls globally, handling schedule conflicts
- Preparing agendas and materials for meetings
- Building and maintaining relationships with senior internal/external stakeholders
- Extensive global travel arrangements
- Preparing detailed itineraries
- Processing expenses
Requirements:
- Ideally 3-5 years’ experience working as a Team EA within Asset/Fund Management/Investment Banking firm or a Hedge Fund is preferred
- Strong academic performance
- Proactive and engaging
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised and proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Flexible and adaptable – able to use initiative
- Strong attention to detail with an enquiring mind
