Are you a bright and approachable PA with MD-level experience and excellent communication skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy building strong working relationships across all levels?
A West End based Private Equity firm, going through an exciting period of growth and continued success, is now looking for a resourceful PA to support MD and team. You’ll be fully immersed from day one and will become pivotal in their continued success.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Extensive diary management, working across an array of time zones
- Organizing client meetings/VCs
- Handling international travel arrangements, creating itineraries
- Investor Relations support - coordinating roadshows, CRM, events support
- Processing expenses
- Building relationships with the portfolio companies and the internal/external EA network/team
3 days in office, working in a truly collaborative Assistant team.
The skills you need to bring:
- Previous MD-level EA/PA experience gained in Private Equity sector highly advantageous!
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Effective client-builder, strong interpersonal skills
