A well‑established and growing wealth management firm is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant / Support Team Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the client support function.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Manage, mentor and delegate workload across the Support Team
- Create, review and enhance internal workflows and operational processes
- Act as the primary liaison with external service providers for queries, developments and system enhancements
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of quarterly investment reports and client documentation
- Supervise client onboarding and review processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely system updates
- Coordinate with external PR advisers to produce quarterly newsletters and website content
- Organise and coordinate internal staff events
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide high‑level administrative and organisational support to the CEO and COO
- Organise Board and Management meetings, including agenda preparation and minute‑taking
- Ensure effective follow‑up on key actions arising from meetings

- Experience as an Executive Assistant with some team management responsibilities
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a wealth management firm
