Are you an experienced Client Executive in wealth management/financial services with a track record of delivering a seamless onboarding experience? Are you detail orientated with stakeholder and team management capabilities? Would you enjoy a role that combines hands-on client servicing with team leadership, ensuring high standards across client interactions and operational processes? A leading investment firm is seeking an experienced Client Executive Team Lead to oversee a dedicated portfolio of private clients while driving operational excellence and team performance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end onboarding, including account opening, KYC and Source of Wealth requirements
- Liaising with third-party providers (custodians, pension providers, etc.)
- Coordinating asset transfers and credit documentation
- Ensuring all onboarding documentation is compliant and up to date
- Overseeing client requests such as withdrawals, ISA subscriptions, transfers, and account changes
- Responding to client and adviser queries with accuracy and efficiency
- Producing client reporting materials and maintaining CRM records
- Supporting annual suitability reviews and ongoing compliance requirements
- Leading and developing a team of Client Executives
- Acting as escalation point for operational challenges
- Monitoring team performance, capacity and service delivery metrics
- Providing coaching, training and career development support
- Collaborating with senior leadership to integrate and optimise client service functions
- Driving efficiency improvements across workflows and processes
- Supporting business projects and system enhancements
- Maintaining high standards of documentation, compliance and client communication
