We’re looking for a dynamic, highly experienced EA with a proven track record, ideally in finance or fintech, supporting C-suite executives. This isn’t your traditional EA role. You’ll be entrusted with sensitive information, relied upon in high-pressure situations, and expected to operate with discretion, resilience, and impeccable judgment. Based in an open-plan Paddington office, the role is 4 days in, 1 day remote, with a typical 50-hour workweek.
What You’ll Own:
- You will be the Executive Powerhouse and run the CEO’s world; complex diaries, shifting priorities, zero friction.
- Keep the COO and Co-Founder moving at pace.
- Orchestrate travel and logistics flawlessly, even last-minute.
