Exciting, high-impact event role at the heart of the European hedge fund community. Our client is looking for an experienced Events professional to lead a pan-European programme that connects institutional investors with leading hedge fund managers. Events are central to the firm’s strategy and brand – but this is not just logistics – it’s about shaping conversations, building relationships and driving commercial outcomes. You will take ownership of a diverse events calendar from small roundtables to a flagship summit; bringing together investors and managers across Europe.

What you’ll be doing day to day:
- End-to-end event management from concept to delivery and follow-up
- Agenda creation, venue sourcing, and logistics management
- Managing relationships with sponsors, speakers, and investors
- Driving attendance and expanding the investor network
- Budget ownership and tracking ROI
- Identifying opportunities to enhance and scale the events platform
- Travel across the UK and Europe as required
The skills you need to bring:
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in events, within financial services (essential)
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
- Strong IT MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills and a relationship-led approach
- An interest in financial markets and alternative investments

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay on track
