Overview
Are you keen to build your career in Marketing? Do you want to work for a top Investment Management house? Do you have some experience of working in B2B or Marketing and need to spread your wings? Our client is a leading Asset Manager, and they have a brilliant opportunity for a bright spark who will be joining a collaborative and exciting business.
This role will provide the opportunity to work alongside the Head of Marketing; you’ll take responsibility for digital marketing collateral, producing pitch decks, newsletters, branded content on their website, planning events – it’s a great job!
You can work remotely, but need to be in the City for meetings when required and the hours are 8.30 – 6.00 pm.
What you’ll be doing day to day
- Planning and executing high quality social media, email communications, fact sheets, newsletters, pitch decks
- Updating collateral materials and presentations
- Managing the company website, the content, keeping it current and on brand
- Tracking and analysing the KPIs (using Google Analytics and CRM platforms)
- Supporting the coordination of events, webinars, PR opportunities and working with external agencies and the teams in-house
- Drafting content, keeping it compliant and on brand – fully proofed for use
- Collecting data for pitches
- Working closely with the business development teams
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
- Working with vendors and media contacts
- Keeping an eye on the ratings and awards and working on award submissions
- Organising and attending events – online and in person – all the logistics and roll out
- Initiating the media and email campaigns

- A graduate or graduate calibre – in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
- First class communication skills, being confident, articulate, positive and warm
- Professionalism – with experience of working in a professional organisation
- Attention to the finest detail, experienced at proofing and writing
- A collaborative team player
- Commercial, experienced at working in a fast-paced environment
- First class IT skills: HubSpot, Adobe, Canva, Social Media Platforms, LinkedIn, MS Office
