ALDIA es una empresa internacional con sede central en Londres, con presencia en España y Suecia. Nos especializamos en la consultoría tecnológica y de ingeniería. ALDIA trabaja con su propio grupo de consultores para mejorar la calidad y aportar soluciones tecnológicas e innovadoras. En la actualidad, estamos buscando un/a Delivery Manager para que se incorpore a nuestro equipo.

Responsabilidades

  • Empoderar a los equipos para que se autoorganicen.
  • Asegurarse de que el equipo cree soluciones a un nivel adecuado de calidad y a tiempo.
  • Fomentar un clima de mejora continua y estar siempre dispuesto a encontrar nuevas formas de mejorar procesos y personas.
  • Resolver conflictos y facilitar conversaciones que permitan enfoques alternativos para enriquecer los resultados.
  • Gestionar proyectos trabajando con el equipo y los clientes, ejecutando los talleres necesarios (Inception, Design Sprints, Lean Coffee ...).
  • Reducir el "time to market" y mejorar continuamente el rendimiento del equipo utilizando las métricas del equipo.
  • Colaborar con los Product Owners ayudándoles a definir roadmaps de productos y proyectos y traduciéndolas en historias de usuarios.
  • Definir el alcance, el cronograma y el presupuesto utilizando previsibilidad y métricas.
  • Ayudar a los propietarios de productos y al personal técnico a centrarse en sus tareas, gestión de productos y tecnología, respectivamente.
  • Facilitar procesos, minimizando tareas o procesos complementarios.
  • Identificar los requisitos adicionales del cliente, tareas de gestión de proyectos del día a día y coordinación con otros equipos.
  • Proporcionar dirección y orientación de prácticas ágiles escaladas en todos los equipos.
  • Gestionar problemas y riesgos.
  • Gestionar y reducir las dependencias entre equipos.
  • Coordinar la entrega entre los equipos de ingeniería.
  • Trabajar en estrategia global y crecimiento de equipos.
  • Ejecutar capacitaciones específicas para mejorar el rendimiento y el conocimiento de los equipos (redacción de User Stories, Scrum, trabajo remoto, priorización ...).
  • Entrenar a los miembros del equipo asegurando su compromiso.

Requisitos

  • 2 años al menos de experiencia como Delivery Manager en entornos ágiles.
  • Amplia experiencia trabajando con equipos Agile, incluida la experiencia con SCRUM y Kanban (la experiencia como Scrum Master o Coach Agile es muy valorable) y equipos "orientados al producto".
  • Conocimiento de otros enfoques en el marco agile: XP, Kanban, Nexus, LeSS, SAFe, etc.
  • Conocimiento de las canalizaciones de construcción / implementación y las herramientas asociadas; Conocimiento / experiencia de CI / CD.
  • Comprensión de las prácticas y técnicas modernas de desarrollo de software (por ejemplo, TDD, BDD, DDD, API First).
  • Background tecnológico centrado en producto y metodologías agile.
  • Experiencia de entrega de programas / proyectos / productos.
  • Experiencia en gestión, preferiblemente dentro de un proyecto de desarrollo de software.
  • Experiencia demostrable en la resolución de problemas y riesgos de manera multifuncional y colaborativa.
