National IT have an exciting opportunity for a talented IT Professional to join the NIT Onsite Support Team based at Bardon. The role will initially support the project team from a software and automation testing perspective then transitioning to onsite software and hardware support.

The preferred candidate will have experience of working within automated distribution centres and providing IT support to the DC end users from a software and hardware perspective. Knowledge and experience of working with IT teams to deliver successful software projects is required.

Experience with integrating and/or operating Manhattan Warehouse Management Systems into Automated Warehouses and the Warehouse Control Systems is desirable. You will ensure constructive working relationships are maintained with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.

The role will involve working closely with the business, IIT and our 3rd party suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered and transition to BAU in a controlled manner. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have strong previous experience in a similar role and have experience of working as part of an IT support function preferable within an automated DC.

Candidates will be located in Bardon whilst the site is in the final stages of construction, however, flexibility to travel to Head Office (Atherstone) will be required.
