Are you an aspiring manager with GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4 or above (or equivalent)? Then look no further. Our Store Management Apprenticeship provides a structured career path to help you develop into a leader of the future. You’ll learn about:
- Leading a successful, dynamic and engaged team
- Business and commercial requirements, responsibilities and policies
- Driving financial performance and sales
- Contingency, training and resource planning
- Securing customer loyalty and improving the customer experience
- Effective communication styles and techniques
- Current and emerging retail technologies
The programme typically takes up to 3 years to complete but may be shorter if you live in Wales or Scotland. In your first year, you’ll complete our Stores Career Starter Apprenticeship then start your Deputy Store Manager training as you work towards a Level 3 Team Leader qualification in the final two years of the programme.
Criteria
- Must be aged 16+ years old
- Must have been a UK/EU/EAA resident for the past 3+ years
- You must not be an overseas national or subject to employment restrictions
- Must have left full-time education
- Must not have completed a similar qualification at the same level or above
- Store Management Apprenticeship only: GCSE grade 4+ in English and Maths
