As a Manager within the Force For Good Business Implementation team, you will play a key role in embedding sustainability across the business and supporting the delivery of Aldi's sustainability strategy.
The team is responsible for the national implementation of sustainability initiatives, ensuring adherence to internal and external policies and processes, and maintaining compliance with sustainability regulations through both direct action and effective stakeholder engagement.
This is a broad and varied role requiring an individual who can confidently manage multiple priorities, navigate different subject areas, and collaborate across functions to drive sustainable business outcomes.
You will work closely with international and GB/IE teams to deliver mandatory sustainability reporting, monitor regulatory developments, coordinate stakeholders, and communicate sustainability strategy effectively throughout the business.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader with experience of driving performance, delegating effectively, and empowering teams to work autonomously.
They will also have a proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, balance competing business priorities, and implement regulatory requirements across a wide range of functions.
