Key Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager in authorising duties, handling complaints, and managing schedules and pricing
- Ensure store safety, product compliance, and report repairs and authority visits
- Drive business performance by implementing strategy, meeting KPIs, and delivering excellent customer service
- Manage stock quality, inventory accuracy, and surplus redistribution
- Oversee till operations, cash handling, employee training, and compliance with regulations
Skills & Experience
- Working towards a 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong commitment to customer service and achieving business results
- Agile and proactive leader with a focus on delivering outcomes and embracing change
