Aldi is recruiting a Deputy Manager for its Oban store, offering a permanent role with real responsibility, strong pay, and a clear route into senior management.

The role

As Deputy Manager, you will support the Store Manager in running a high performing store, with full responsibility when senior managers are not on site.

Duties include людзей maximising sales, delivering excellent customer service, controlling costs, managing stock, training and supporting colleagues, and ensuring operational standards are met consistently.

You will be involved in everything from ordering and merchandising to performance management and hitting sales targets, gaining valuable experience to progress your management career.
