Vacancy Specification

Join Aldi as a Career Starter Store Apprentice and enjoy a rewarding 12-15 month experience that combines hands-on learning with formal training. With the support of a friendly and close-knit team, you'll gain valuable insights into store management and work towards achieving a Level 2 Retailer qualification. This role offers a variety of everyday challenges, ongoing learning, and great opportunities to develop your career in retail management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, efficient customer service
  • Stock shelves, check product quality and maintain strong merchandising standards
  • Operate tills accurately and promptly

Before you apply

Shifts can start as early as 6am and finish as late as 10pm (stores vary). Please ensure you have reliable transport options to get to store for these times before applying. Salaries are based on a 30 hour contract.
