Vacancy Specification Join Aldi as a Career Starter Store Apprentice and enjoy a rewarding 12-15 month experience that combines hands-on learning with formal training. With the support of a friendly and close-knit team, you'll gain valuable insights into store management and work towards achieving a Level 2 Retailer qualification. This role offers a variety of everyday challenges, ongoing learning, and great opportunities to develop your career in retail management. Key Responsibilities • Provide friendly, efficient customer service • Stock shelves, check product quality and maintain strong merchandising standards • Operate tills accurately and promptly Skills & Experience • Friendly, approachable, and ready to support customers and the team • Hardworking and comfortable being busy and on your feet • Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment • Retail experience is a plus but not essential - attitude matters most!
