Vacancy Specification Take your management expertise to the next level with Aldi by leading and developing multiple stores, building on your proven leadership experience. You'll lead a multi-site portfolio of +5 stores, driving operational performance and fostering a strong commitment to customer service. You'll demonstrate your proven ability to deliver ambitious KPI's and targets. Working closely with the Store Operations Director, you'll ensure your stores meet and exceed targets while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
