Responsibilities

  • Run the store, manage deliveries, place orders, schedule staff hours to meet efficiency targets;
  • Lead people management and performance;
  • Handle customer queries and conduct till spot checks;
  • Maximise sales, ensure excellent customer service, minimise costs, and optimise operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experienced people‑manager used to leading teams in a fast‑paced, stakeholder/customer driven environment;
  • Skilled in time management, cost control and boosting operational efficiency;
  • Motivated to consistently achieve targets.

Benefits

  • Salary £52,910 – £69,000 based on a 45‑hour per week contract (pro‑rated for 40‑hour contracts);
  • Flexible 40‑ or 45‑hour contracts over 5 days;
