Join our friendly, tight-knit team where your main role will be to accurately select stock designated for our stores across Scotland and organize it onto the correct pallets and locations, ensuring everything is ready for timely collection by our drivers. You will receive instructions via a headset, so staying alert and attentive to essential details such as location numbers and product placement is crucial. Your responsibility is to select products safely, accurately, and efficiently to guarantee they reach stores on time for our customers. You will primarily work in a temperature-controlled area set to 2°C, handling all chiller-stored products, but you may occasionally be required to select stock in other parts of the distribution centre.

Current shift details: Start time is 5am, with the shift finishing once all tasks for the day are completed (typically around midday-early afternoon). This is shift work, typically involving working 5 days out of 7, including weekends. While a degree of flexibility is needed to meet operational demands, we strive to accommodate individual needs wherever possible. Alternative working patterns may be discussed and considered during the application and assessment process; however, please note that the shift start time remains fixed at 5 AM. Various contracts available ranging from 10 to 30 hours per week.
