Aldi UK is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run a multi-million pound store and develop a diverse team. You will support deliveries, place orders, handle customer queries and manage people and performance.
You’ll also help to maximise sales, deliver outstanding service and improve efficiency, with a view to stepping into Store Manager’s shoes when needed. This role emphasises people leadership, operational efficiency and meeting targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
