Web Merchandising Assistant
Join Aldi UK and work across aldi.co.uk and aldi.ie merchandising products. This role reports to the Web Merchandising Team Leader and supports the website team in a collaborative environment.
Base Pay Range
£36,625 – £42,770 (direct pay based on skills and experience)
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of search on the web & ap
- Work in a fast‑paced environment as part of the CI team looking after the UK & IE websites
- Support the content and merchandising teams with changes on both the UK and Ireland websites
- Support weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc project planning tasks within the CI department
- Identify upcoming product ranges and ensure they are online
- Ensure all tasks are delivered on time and within the budget and scope agreed with the CI Director
About You
- Experience as Website merchandising and search or similar role (e.g., Content Creation, Website merchandising for Grocery and Non‑Food)
- Experience of Buying Processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Experience working with multiple data sources and flexible thinking
- Confident user of MS Office suite including advanced Excel skills
- Excellent time management and organisation with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and proactively while being a supportive team member
- Self‑motivated and driven
- eCommerce/website/merchandising experience
- Excellent presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience using Adobe Experience Manager, P360 and Spryker
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Buying and product data knowledge
- Search management experience
- Adobe Analytics experience
