Overview
Retail Management Placement – Darlington role at Aldi UK. This placement offers exposure to every facet of our business over 12 months, with in-store experience and projects across multiple areas.
What you\’ll do
- Spend the first months in store learning about and doing different roles (e.g., stacking shelves, operating the till, serving customers). You’ll be there with a helpful smile and a good head on your shoulders.
- Work across roles to understand what goes into each function, helping you later manage and lead the team.
- Complete projects in areas such as Logistics, Administration, Property and Trading.
- Work alongside an Area Manager to gain insight into their role.
