We are looking for an experienced Quality/Food Technical Manager to lead quality assurance and technical teams, driving change and bringing products to market in a fastâpaced retail environment.
Your New Role
Lead a team of Quality Assurance Assistants and manage a highâperforming technical team.
Drive dataâdriven decision making and commercially sound technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with EU and UK food legislation and maintain safe, legal, and quality products.
Deliver projects on time and influence stakeholders across the supply chain.
Apply strong industry network and experience in a crossâfunctional FMCG setting.
About You
Science degree (or equivalent).
Level 3 HACCP or equivalent.
Extensive technical experience in retail, manufacturing, food service or quality assurance.
Current technical/quality management role and experience managing a technical/quality team.
Demonstrated ability at meeting customers\â needs through innovation.
Strong commercial and customer awareness with the ability to respond to market change.
Experience in product safety, crisis and incident management.
Effective supplier management, including KPI and technical review processes.
Proficient communicator, written and verbal.
Team player who builds mutually beneficial relationships.
Crossâfunctional working skills.
Ability to analyse complex information and summarise it with impact.
Dynamic, versatile and influential at all levels.
What you\âll get in return
Salary starting at ÂŁ61,985 rising to ÂŁ95,655.
12âmonth fixedâterm contract.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the opportunity to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
5 weeks\â annual leave plus bank holidays.
