To support the Real Estate Director in running the assigned department efficiently and accurately; and achieving compliance with all internal and external guidelines and regulations, whilst contributing to a co-operative working environment. The candidate must be able to manage a full and varied workload. The role demands a proactive and positive attitude, teamwork, high attention to detail, meticulous organisation and effective time management as well as the drive to deliver quality.
A significant proportion of the role involves invoice processing, facts, figures, numbers, and the use of Excel. The position requires strong teamwork and communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demanding adaptability to an ever-changing set of requirements. Successful applicants will be based in our regional office in Atherstone, Holly Lane, reporting into a Construction Admin Team Leader.

Your New Role
- Liaises with internal and external auditors and external bodies when required.
- Works alongside Real Estate colleagues and supports Real Estate Director on all aspects.
- Checks and logs Works orders / tender forms.
- Fee tracking / invoice processing.
- Complete end to end process at all financial milestones in the area of responsibility.
- Supporting / training colleagues.
- Participates in working groups as required to establish best practice and business consistency.

What You’ll get in Return
- Salary starting at £37,545 rising to £43,840.
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working (In January 2027 this changes to 1 day a week remote working).
