Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Brand Team in Atherstone, England, United Kingdom on a 15-month Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently delivering the design-to-print process for our own label brands. You will work collaboratively with our internal Buying and Quality Teams, and with external stakeholders to effectively manage the process and optimise speed to shelf. To join our exciting Brand team, you must have a strong track record of delivering projects on-time and to brief. You will deliver creativity, reduce speed to shelf and optimise costs across Aldi’s own label brands.
Your New Role
- Generate and manage the critical path for all projects within their retail categories
- Create cost estimates for projects
- Brief design and artwork for all packaging product roll-out
- Ensure packaging designs and artwork follow approved brand guidelines
- Manage timelines of all stakeholders, liaising with individuals as required to keep projects on track
- Upkeep the Aldi Product Portal daily
- Complete regular status reports
- Chair weekly stakeholder meetings with senior Buying colleagues
- Competitor analysis
- Monthly Agency KPI reviews
- Deliver Brand training to colleagues across National Buying
- Identify cost saving opportunities
- Identify and implement new systems and processes to improve speed to shelf
About You
- Previous experience of working for a packaging agency specialising in packaging design to print
- Good understanding of the retail pack change process

What you’ll get in return
- Salary starting at £36,625 rising to £42,770
- 15-month Fixed Term Contract
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of remote working up to 2 days per week
