Please Note: Successful candidates hired for the Atherstone Distribution Centre will be required to train and support the current operation here in Atherstone for a period up to twelve months. We would then require you to transfer to our Bardon Distribution Centre in LE67 and would be required to attend these locations using your own transport. At Aldi, every day is different. As a Selector, you play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Using a headset to receive instructions, you’ll pick products accurately, check paperwork, and maintain safety while working efficiently in a high-energy environment. Start times for these roles are 5am or 6am.

Competitive pay with pay rises linked to your time with Aldi. 30+ hours per week, Shift Rota: 5 days out of 7 - Weekends are included in your shift pattern. 4 weeks paid annual leave plus bank holidays.
