It means you\’ll be more than prepared to step into the Store Manager\’s shoes in their absence.Our Assistant Store Managers are passionate about doing well; motivating and developing their teams to deliver excellent customer service.You\’ll need to be:An experienced people-managerUsed to leading teams in a fast-paced, stakeholder/customer driven environmentSkilled in time management and boosting operational efficiencyMotivated to consistently achieve targetsIn return, you\’ll get a trolley load of benefits including:Flexible 40 or 45-hour contracts. You\’ll usually work over 5 days, but – if it helps – you can work a 40-hour contract over 4 days.
