Assistant Store Manager – TeessideThis role helps run a multi‐million pound store, motivates and develops a diverse and talented team, and supports the Store Manager with deliveries, orders and customer queries. The Assistant Store Manager focuses on people management, performance, holiday rotas, maximising sales, ensuring great customer service, minimising costs, and optimising operational efficiency. You\’ll be prepared to step into the Store Manager\’s shoes in their absence.
Qualifications
An experienced people‐manager.
Used to leading teams in a fast‐paced, stakeholder/customer‐driven environment.
