You'll demonstrate your proven ability to deliver ambitious KPI's and targets. Working closely with the Store Operations Director, you'll ensure your stores meet and exceed targets while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop Store Managers to ensure the delivery of tight performance targets
• Collaborate with Store Managers to maximise team sales and operational effectiveness
• Own operational costs, including payroll and wastage, driving a lean and efficient store operation
• Maintain a strong understanding of retail performance metrics and adapt to changing business needs
• Work closely with Store Operations Director to ensure compliance, authorise requests, and deliver outstanding store results Skills & Experience
• A 2:2 degree in any discipline
• Full UK driving licence
• Extensive experience leading teams within a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Strong commitment to customer service and achieving business results
