• Lead and develop Store Managers to ensure tight performance targets are consistently met
• Collaborate with Store Managers to maximise store sales and drive performance through strong leadership
• Own operational costs, including payroll and wastage, driving a lean and efficient store operation
• Maintain a strong understanding of retail performance metrics and adapt to changing business needs
• Drive performance with Store Operations Director to ensure compliance, authorise requests, and deliver outstanding store results Skills & Experience
• A 2:1 degree (or working towards) in any discipline
• Full UK driving licence
• Right to work in the UK
