A role in the National Supply Chain Outbound Logistics Supplier Management Team is a great opportunity to play a key part in shaping the future of Outbound Transportation and the deliveries we make to our Stores. You will help to manage the relationship between Central Planning, Regional Execution and our 3rd Party Logistics partners who support our Outbound delivery network to Stores. You will be instrumental in the set up of the centralised department responsible for managing our 3PL relationships as we centralise these processes from Regions. The role requires someone who has exceptional stakeholder management skills. A confident individual with great communication skills would be ideally suited to this opportunity.

Your New Role:

  • Subject matter expertise
  • 3PL account management
  • Strong Outbound Transportation knowledge and understanding in both AHEAD and Legacy Business
  • Readiness Communication with Regional teams and 3rd Party Logistics Partners

About You:

  • Strong commercial acumen and cost focus
  • Previous experience in SAP TM
  • Knowledge of Regional set up in GB/IE
  • Problem solving skills for identifying supply chain solutions
  • Creating automated solutions
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to proactively work towards challenging deadlines through multitasking and resilience

Desirable:

  • Experience of managing change whilst Business As Usual (BAU) activity is ongoing
  • Experience in SAP TM
  • Strong Excel skills

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working - some weekend work may be required
