Aldi in Chelmsford is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and improve operational efficiency. You will support the Store Manager by coaching colleagues, checking displays, and helping achieve store targets.
This role offers real responsibility as a stepping stone to store management, with flexible 25–35 hour contracts, 28 days’ leave, and ongoing training. An additional £4 per hour premium is paid when running the store.
