Aldi's 12-month graduate programme offers a complete view of how we run our stores and a clear path to Area Manager. You’ll start with a two-week induction, followed by intensive training across all store operations. After that you’ll take the helm of your own store and lead a team in a multi-million-pound business.
By year one end you’ll be prepared to assume the Area Manager role, focusing on sales, customer service, costs and efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.
