The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Front of House team member to join us. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience - from welcoming customers and taking orders to delivering great food and creating a warm, memorable atmosphere.
You don’t need to know everything from day one. What matters most is that you’re positive, hardworking, a great communicator and genuinely care about giving guests a great experience. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing friendly and attentive service to ensure a great guest experience
- Taking orders accurately and communicating them to the kitchen
- Delivering food and drinks promptly and professionally
- Processing orders through the POS and handling cash
- Setting and clearing tables and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area
- Working as part of the team to ensure smooth service
Skills & Experience
- Previous hospitality, customer service or restaurant experience
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Hands‑on, proactive approach with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Passion for fresh food and great hospitality
- Reliable, organised and willing to learn
