You will also offer comfort and company on a one-to-one basis for any residents unable to undertake the activities.
Heres some other important things you need to know: You must be alert at all times to our residents physical and mental well being You'll be part taking in activities with residents so you'll need to be energetic and willing to dance and sing Understand and ensure the implementation of the Care Homes Health and Safety policy, and Emergency and Fire procedures The Ideal Candidate Exceptional people make an exceptional care home We're looking for people who have a caring nature and want to work as part of an amazing team, surrounded by kindness and fun!
