Alderwood Care Home in Colchester is seeking a Head of Lifestyles to lead a diverse programme of activities for residents living with dementia.

You will coordinate group activities, provide compassionate one-to-one support, and work with the care team to tailor sessions to each resident's preferences and abilities.

You will monitor wellbeing, ensure safety, and adapt plans as needs change, while helping create a warm, engaging, and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
