We're working with a market leading global eCommerce platform that powers some of the world's most iconic brands. This established, high growth SaaS company is scaling and looking for German and Italian speaking Customer Success Managers at a range of levels to join their team in London (3 days in the office per week).

What you'll be doing

  • Own and grow a portfolio of German or Italian speaking clients, driving retention and expansion.
  • Partner with customers to shape commercial strategy and performance.
  • Work closely with Product, Sales and Technical teams to deliver best in class solutions.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across globally recognised brands.
  • Support clients with international growth, localisation and cross-border eCommerce strategy.

  • Fluent German or Italian plus English (essential).
  • Background in Customer Success, Account Management, or eCommerce.
  • Comfortable managing multiple clients in a fast paced, commercial environment.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.

  • SaaS experience is beneficial but not essential for more junior hires.
