Overview

We’re working with a market leading global eCommerce platform that powers some of the world’s most iconic brands. This fast growing SaaS company is scaling rapidly and is now looking for German speaking Customer Success Managers to join their team in London (3 days in the office per week).

What you’ll be doing

You’ll sit at the heart of their DACH client base, owning relationships end-to-end and acting as a trusted advisor to some of the biggest brands in eCommerce.

  • Own and grow a portfolio of DACH-based clients, driving retention and expansion
  • Partner with customers to shape commercial strategy and performance
  • Work closely with Product, Sales and Technical teams to deliver best in class solutions
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across globally recognised brands
