We’re working with a market leading global eCommerce SaaS platform that powers international growth for some of the world’s most recognisable brands. This high growth tech company is expanding its UK team and is now hiring Customer Success Managers and Senior Customer Success Managers to manage key enterprise accounts (3 days a week in the London office).
What you’ll be doing:- Own strategic relationships with enterprise clients, acting as their trusted advisor
- Drive retention, growth and expansion through upsells and cross sells
- Partner closely with product, commercial and operations teams to deliver value
- Lead QBRs, provide data led insights, and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts within SaaS / eCommerce / payments / logistics or related tech
- Proven track record of driving account growth, renewals and commercial outcomes
- Analytical mindset with confidence presenting performance data and ROI
