We’re working with a market leading global eCommerce platform that powers some of the world’s most iconic brands. This established, high growth SaaS company is scaling and looking for German and Italian speaking Customer Success Managers at a range of levels to join their team in London (3 days in the office per week).

You’ll sit at the heart of their international client base, owning relationships end-to-end and acting as a trusted advisor to some of the biggest brands in eCommerce.

  • Own and grow a portfolio of German or Italian speaking clients, driving retention and expansion
  • Partner with customers to shape commercial strategy and performance
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across globally recognised brands
  • Support clients with international growth, localisation and cross-border eCommerce strategy

Fluent German or Italian plus English (essential)

Background in Customer Success, Account Management, or eCommerce
