Aldermore is seeking a Head of Credit Restructuring to lead a team of specialists focused on supporting customers in financial difficulty while protecting the Bank’s capital. You will shape and deliver restructuring strategies that balance customer outcomes with risk management.
Reporting to the Chief Credit Officer, you will oversee IFRS 9 impairment controls, monitor portfolio performance and engage with Executive Committees, Regulators and the Board to drive sustainable, fair outcomes.
