Asset and Liability Management (ALM) is responsible for the liquidity and market risk management of Aldermore, and funds transfer pricing (FTP). Increasingly, the department also participates in more general balance sheet management and treasury analytics. All these responsibilities involve sophisticated financial models, which are owned and maintained by ALM., * Supporting the implementation and ongoing development of the FTP framework

Ad hoc product funding and pricing support to business lines, This is an outstanding opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the Treasury (ALM) team based in Central London as an FTP (Funds Transfer Pricing) Analyst supporting the operation and development of the FTP framework. This is an opportunity to be at the centre of FTP and engage with business lines to help maintain a stable FTP profile, and allocate costs and risks accordingly. Aldermore recently implemented a new FTP framework, and is looking to build on this success by expanding its coverage to the rest of the balance sheet. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management and forthcoming developments of the framework. The successful candidate will work in a team of 3 focusing on FTP, but will have exposure to other ALM activities.
