The role covers fraud risk across Aldermore’s UK specialist lending and savings businesses, with a focus on application fraud, identity fraud, intermediary and broker-related fraud, and account misuse across the customer journey. It also provides oversight of financial crime risks where they intersect with fraud, supporting a joined-up and proportionate approach to risk management.
In addition, the role leads the Non-Financial Risk and Compliance relationship with the Motor business, coordinating across risk teams and subject matter experts, and attending Motor Risk Forums to provide effective oversight, challenge, and governance. This role is a 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract.

- Monitor and report on fraud risk appetite, KRIs, and MI, delivering clear insights to governance forums and ensuring timely escalation of emerging risks and control issues.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and financial crime frameworks, including SYSC requirements, AML/CTF integration, policy development, and oversight of thematic reviews and change initiatives.
