This is a unique opportunity to shape the future direction of MI and Insight at Aldermore. You will lead this team at a key point in its evolution to delivering meaningful insight that influences decisions at every level.

You will help transform how we understand performance across the COO function - working across our Technology and Customer Experience teams to bring numbers to life and provide senior leaders with clear, actionable insights. You will be leading an established team in driving insight that shapes how we plan, prioritise and improve.

Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end delivery of accurate, timely and consistent MI.
- Design, build and maintain automated dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
- Use SQL to extract, transform and analyse data from multiple sources.
- Develop and manage a single source of truth for business metrics.
- Translate complex data into clear insights, enabling senior stakeholders to make informed decisions.
- Partner with leaders across Finance, Operations, Commercial and the wider COO function.
- Experience managing or mentoring analysts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Hands-on SQL experience.
- Dashboard development experience in Power BI and Tableau (Power BI preferred).
- Background in MI, Insight, BI or Analytics.
- Ability to translate data into meaningful insight.
