We’re excited to offer a new opportunity to join our Dealer Recoveries team in Cardiff. You’ll take ownership of a dedicated region and a portfolio of key dealer and broker accounts, using your judgement to manage cases effectively and make informed decisions.

In this role, you’ll deliver a professional, efficient and personable service to our dealers, helping to maximise recoveries while maintaining strong relationships. You’ll combine excellent relationship management, account management and negotiation skills to achieve the right outcomes for both our customers and the business.

What will your day look like?

  • Work closely with Brokers, Dealers and Field teams via phone and email to negotiate repayment of outstanding balances, helping to minimise potential losses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with field teams, ensuring Account Managers are kept informed and aligned on their portfolios.
  • Assess cases where internal collection processes have been exhausted and recommend the most appropriate next steps.
  • Identify patterns and trends in debit activity, taking proactive action and escalating conduct concerns where necessary.
  • Produce regular weekly and monthly MI, clearly tracking cash collected, accounts managed and overall progress.
