Aldermore Bank is seeking a Customer Performance & Analytics Specialist to turn customer and performance data into meaningful insights that drive marketing strategy and commercial growth. You’ll explore data with SQL/SAS/Python, develop audience analyses and support audience strategies.
You’ll work across Marketing, Product, Commercial and Data teams in a hybrid role with two onsite days weekly at Cardiff or Manchester, and you’ll build dashboards, reporting and analytical frameworks.
