If you\’re ready to lead, innovate and make a tangible impact in a mature, forward-thinking team – this is your chance.
What will your day look like?
• Lead the Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) program, aligning strategy with business goals, risk appetite, and the overarching security vision.
• Drive a culture of threat-informed security, integrating intelligence into SOC, incident response, vulnerability management, and executive decisions.
• Collect, analyse, and produce actionable intelligence from internal, open-source, commercial, and community sources – covering tactical to strategic levels.
• Track and profile threat actors and campaigns using frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, delivering timely insights on emerging threats and TTPs.
• Enhance collaboration and integration, ensuring intelligence is effectively operationalised across key teams and platforms, with automation where possible.
• Champion continuous improvement and external collaboration, building trusted partnerships, ensuring compliance, and advancing CTI capabilities through training and innovation.
What do we expect from you?
• Extensive hands-on experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence, with a deep understanding of threat actor behaviours, TTPs, and intelligence lifecycle methodologies (e.g. MITRE ATT&CK, Kill Chain, Diamond Model).
• Proven track record in shaping CTI strategy and developing intelligence capabilities, ensuring alignment with business risk, security objectives, and evolving threats.
• Strong collaboration with SecOps/Cyber Defence teams, integrating intelligence into detection, response, and proactive threat mitigation efforts.
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships beyond the CISO function, working effectively with teams such as Financial Crime and Third-Party Risk to operationalise threat intelligence.
• Expertise in managing and prioritising intelligence requirements, delivering timely, relevant insights on high-impact threats such as ransomware, and supporting incident response.
• Skilled in tools, platforms and automation, with experience using TIPs, SIEMs, SOARs, and scripting to drive data enrichment, process efficiency, and continuous CTI lifecycle improvement.
