As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting new business, building strong relationships with football clubs, and assist the growth of our tailored funding solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to combine commercial acumen with a passion for the sports industry while contributing to Aldermore’s success.

What will your day look like?

  • Support new business opportunities within the football finance market to meet growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent service and supporting renewals.
  • Prepare and support credit proposals, legal documentation, and transaction completion processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution and compliance with risk frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and monitor repayments and on‑going conditions.
  • Contribute to product development and operational improvements to enhance the Football Finance proposition.
